Together we are experiencing unprecedented times, and the COVID-19 situation is changing rapidly every day. As we navigate these uncharted waters as a global community, the health of our customers and employees is our #1 priority. On behalf of everyone at Minuteman Pest Control, we want you to know that first and foremost, we are thinking of you and your families’ well-being. Taking care of yourselves, and each other, is what is most important right now.

Controlling pests is essential to public health and safety and therefore Minuteman Pest Control is open and operating. To minimize exposure our office is closed to the public, but you may leave insect samples in the designated envelope outside our office. Further, payments can be made by phone or through our website with several different payment methods available.

Minuteman Pest Control has trained and informed all employees on the importance and guidelines of social distancing as well as using precautions such as gloves, masks and frequent handwashing with soap for minimum of 20 seconds. Employees who are sick or experiencing any symptoms have been advised not report to work. We have received numerous phone calls from all of our wonderful customers asking if we are still making house calls and if we have any guidelines. We simply ask that if you would like for us to come out to your home do not schedule if anyone in your household is sick or experiencing symptoms. If you have any additional instruction to further protect yourself as well as our technician, please be sure to communicate that to our friendly office staff. We are confident that if we work together, we can provide you with safe and effective service that will keep both your health and safety our first priority as well as that of our technician.
